Privacy Policy
1. Who processes the data
Operator / developer: Individual Entrepreneur Denis Vladimirovich Shadrin, Russian Federation.
Brand: Applenty.
Website: https://applenty.ru
Privacy contact: support@applenty.ru
2. Scope
This Policy covers Applenty applications, their related online features, and user support communications. If a specific application contains or links to a separate privacy policy, that application-specific policy takes precedence.
The inclusion of a data category in this Policy means that such data may be processed by certain applications. It does not mean that every application automatically accesses or collects all listed data.
3. Data that may be processed
| Category | Examples | When it may be used |
|---|---|---|
| Contact data | Email address | Registration, sign-in, account recovery, support, and service communications. |
| Profile and account data | Name, nickname, account identifier, profile settings | Where an application supports accounts or personalized features. |
| Technical data | Device model, OS version, app version, language, technical identifiers, IP address | Service operation, security, diagnostics, analytics, and abuse prevention. |
| Usage data | In-app events, interactions with features, session information | Analytics, product improvement, and stability assessment. |
| Diagnostics | Crash, error, and performance information | Troubleshooting and stability. |
| Advertising data | Advertising identifier and related technical events | Ad delivery and measurement and, where permitted by the user and applicable law, ad personalization. |
| Purchases and subscriptions | Purchase/subscription status, transaction identifier, entitlement information | Providing paid features, restoring purchases, and support. Payment-card details are normally processed by the app store or payment provider rather than Applenty. |
| User content | Text and other materials created or uploaded by the user | Only in applications that provide the relevant functionality. |
| Contacts | Address-book information to which the user grants access | Only where the relevant feature exists and the user grants permission. |
| Photos | Images selected or created by the user | Only when the user uses a feature that requires images and grants the necessary access. |
Some Applenty applications may operate entirely on-device and may not transmit the listed data to the developer. In that case, local data remains on the user's device until it is removed by the user, the application, or the operating system.
4. Purposes of processing
Depending on the features of a particular application, data may be used to:
- provide and support application functionality;
- create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts;
- store settings and user content;
- respond to support requests;
- diagnose errors, maintain security, and prevent abuse;
- analyze application performance and improve the product;
- process purchase and subscription status;
- deliver and measure advertising and, where permitted, personalize advertising;
- comply with applicable law.
Data is processed only where an applicable legal basis exists, including performance of a user request or agreement, user consent, or another basis permitted by applicable law.
5. Third-party services and SDKs
Individual applications may use third-party services. As of the effective date of this Policy, such services may include:
- Google Analytics — usage analytics;
- Google AdMob — advertising and ad measurement;
- Appodeal — ad mediation, delivery, and measurement;
- AppMetrica — analytics, diagnostics, and usage measurement.
The specific set of third-party services depends on the application. These services may receive technical, advertising, diagnostics, and usage data to the extent necessary to provide their functions. Where ad mediation is used, data may also be processed by advertising partners connected through the relevant mediation platform.
Applenty uses third-party providers under terms that provide protection for user data to the extent required by applicable law and applicable platform rules. Some providers may act as independent data controllers/operators and apply their own privacy policies.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data may be disclosed or made available to:
- providers of cloud infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and other technical services;
- app stores and payment services in connection with purchases and subscriptions;
- contractors needed to operate or support a particular service, subject to appropriate data-protection obligations;
- public authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by applicable law or a binding lawful request.
Applenty does not sell personal data as a standalone commodity.
7. International and cross-border processing
Some infrastructure, analytics, and advertising providers may be located or may process information outside the user's country. Certain applications may therefore involve cross-border processing or transfer of data.
Such transfers are carried out only where and in the manner permitted by applicable law. Where the law requires prior notices, assessments, consents, or other procedures, those requirements must be completed before the relevant transfer begins.
8. Data retention
Retention periods depend on the data category, application functionality, and purpose of processing. Applenty aims not to retain data longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, service operation, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.
- account data is generally retained while the account exists and is deleted after account deletion, except where certain information must be retained by law or for fraud/abuse prevention;
- support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and protect the legitimate interests of the parties;
- analytics, advertising, and diagnostics data may be retained according to the settings and policies of the applicable service;
- local data remains on the device until removed by the user, the application, or the operating system.
9. Account and data deletion
If a particular application allows users to create an account, the user may request deletion of that account and the personal data associated with it. Where required by platform rules, the application also provides a way to initiate account deletion from within the application.
An external request to delete an account or other data may be sent to support@applenty.ru. The request should preferably identify the application and the email/account identifier sufficient to locate the relevant record and verify that the request relates to the appropriate user.
After a valid request is confirmed, the account and associated data are deleted unless continued retention is required or permitted by law, necessary to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or comply with a binding requirement. In such cases, only the necessary data is retained for the required period.
10. Consent and system permissions
If an application needs access to photos, contacts, advertising identifiers, or other data for which the operating system or app store provides a dedicated permission or consent mechanism, the application requests such access through the applicable platform mechanism.
Users can revoke system permissions in device settings. Revoking a permission may make a feature unavailable where that feature objectively requires the relevant access.
11. Security
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to protect data, taking into account the nature of the information, the infrastructure used, and current risks. Data transmitted over networks is to be transmitted using secure mechanisms where required by applicable rules and the nature of the data.
No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Applenty does not claim absolute protection but implements measures required by applicable law and platform rules.
12. Children
Applenty applications are not currently designed as services specifically directed to children. A low age rating in an app store does not by itself mean that an application is directed to children.
If a future application is specifically directed to children or becomes subject to special rules for children's applications, additional safeguards and, where appropriate, a separate privacy policy will be applied.
13. User rights
To the extent provided by applicable law, a user may request information about the processing of their personal data, correction, restriction or cessation of processing, or deletion, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests may be sent to support@applenty.ru. To prevent unauthorized access, Applenty may request reasonable verification that the request comes from the relevant user.
14. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when applications, integrated services, applicable law, or app-store requirements change. The current version will be published on the Applenty website with its effective date.
If a change requires separate user consent under applicable law or platform rules, that consent will be requested through an appropriate mechanism.
